Recently, technicians have modified the washing system of the coal preparation filter press to solve the problems of full feed barrel and spindle crushing, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves the automation of the system.
The design of the filter press flushing system has technological defects. When the flushing process is started, the slime or flushing backwater in the filter press slurry tank can only enter the filter press inlet bucket through the filter press tank venting pipe, thus forming the following Disadvantages:
1. During the production process, if the slime water is severely sloping, the large content of particles in the filter press will cause the spindle to be crushed and the filter press system will not work normally;
2. When the flushing program is started, the flushing water enters the filter press into the barrel through the tank emptying pipe, and the barrel will be full;
3. When the flushing water enters the feeding barrel, the slime water concentration in the feeding barrel is low. If the material is not discharged, the second start of the car will cause the filter press to have a low treatment effect due to the low feed concentration of the filter press. Good, coal slime has a high moisture content, and if it is discharged, it will increase the workload of the operators.
To solve these problems, the staff of the coal preparation plant added two branch pipelines to the emptying pipeline, one branch pipeline enters the filtrate tank, and the other branch pipeline enters the slime bucket. Pneumatic valves are installed on the emptying pipe and the two newly added branch pipes respectively, so that they can execute the following procedures: If the content of coarse particles in the feed of the filter press causes the main shaft to be crushed, the slime bucket The valve on the pipeline is opened, and the valves on the filtrate tank and the inlet barrel pipeline are closed, so that the slime in the slurry tank of the filter press enters the slime barrel; when the emptying procedure is performed normally, the pneumatic valves on the two new branches are added Closed, the pneumatic valve on the emptying pipeline is opened, so that the slime in the slurry tank enters the filter press inlet bucket; if the pneumatic valve on the branch pipeline of the filtrate tank is opened during the flushing process, the emptying pipeline and the slime bucket pipeline The pneumatic valve (newly added) is closed to allow the flushing water to enter the filtrate tank.
It can be seen that these small shortcomings of the filter press have been solved, which greatly improves the working quality and efficiency of the filter press, and also reduces the work intensity of the operators. This is a good thing that kills two birds with one stone.
