During dredging, the sludge within the disturbance range of the cutter is fully sucked by the mud pump, which effectively prevents the sediment particles from dispersing to the water body due to the disturbance of the cutter. There are no dead corners to prevent secondary pollution due to excavation during construction. This kind of cutter suction technique is fully capable of sucking debris, silt, solid soil and wastes from the river bottom onto the shore. The sludge sucked up by this technology needs to be dehydrated to meet the needs of landfill or comprehensive utilization.


Using a decanter centrifuge for 24-hour continuous operation, the moisture content of the mud cake is reduced to 35%-40%, and the removal rate can reach more than 95%. The decanter centrifuge has a small area and can be fully enclosed. , The operating environment is clean and hygienic, and it is especially suitable for sludge dewatering operations in villages and towns in densely populated areas, which can effectively reduce sludge transportation and landfill space.
